Peri-Peri Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
Good Measure peri-peri sauce - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Chicken Boneless - 150g
Balsamic dressing - 1 tbsp
Iceberg lettuce - 200g
Red Peppers - 100g
Pickled Onion - 30g
Olives - 3 tbsp
Groundnut Chikki roughly ground  to garnish

Method:
Marinade the chicken in the peri-peri sauce for 30 mins. In a skillet, put the oil and cook the chicken. Set aside to cool. Once it is cooled completely mix the lettuce, peppers, pickled onions, olives and the dressing. Finally garnish with the groundnut chikki.
